Moschato Estate is set in a 4,500 m² olive grove in the outskirts of the village Svoronata. The estate comprises 3 villas, Joyana, Laoura and Virginia, their names inspired by our family tree. It is part of the greater family estate and at some point it was a vineyard hence the name Moschato.
There are over 80 olive trees in the grounds, 5 of them centuries old. Saint Marys and Saint Andreas olive trees are over 1200 years old.
Situated in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and other olive groves. It is a serene and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villas are surrounded by olive, fig and citrus fruit trees, also lavender, rosemary and other low bushes and flowers.
Moschato Estate is only 9 km from Argostoli, the capital of the island and close to lovely beaches including Ai-Helis, Ammes, Avithos, Platis Gialos and Makris Gialos. Svoronata is a small beautiful tranquil village with an interesting mix of local and traditional architecture as many houses survived the 1953 earthquake.
